WHO WE ARE
Trond Syrstad has often been found at the end of a fishing rod since he was in nappies, and grew up just a Spey cast from the banks of the Orkla.
He designs LTS rods with an eye for perfection. Many anglers have had a revelation after trying an LTS rod. Trond constantly seeks the ultimate solution and continually challenges our manufacturers to achieve better results.
The ultimate fly rod may not yet have been made, but we promise that Trond is working on it.
Jon Erik Grøset is a passionate salmon angler who lives a few minutes' drive from his paradise, the Orkla.
Jon Erik teaches casting and guides on the Orkla throughout the summer.
Jon Erik also creates the LTS website and keeps its technical side running. In addition, he works on product development, orders and customer service at LTS.
