Comments
When visitors leave comments, we collect the information entered in the comment form, along with the visitor's IP address and browser version, to help detect spam comments.
An anonymised string generated from your email address, also called a hash, may be sent to Gravatar to check whether you use the service. Gravatar's privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture is publicly visible alongside it.
Media
If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images containing embedded location data, such as EXIF GPS information. Visitors can download images and extract this information.

If you leave a comment, you may choose to have us remember your name, email address and website. These details are stored in a cookie for convenience, so you do not need to enter them again when leaving another comment. These cookies expire after one year.
If you have an account and log in, we set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This lets us recognise and automatically approve follow-up comments rather than holding them for manual moderation.
For users who register on this website, where registration is available, we also store the personal information they provide in their profile. All users may view, edit or delete their personal information at any time, except their username. Website administrators may also view and edit this information.
