Generally
Purchases of goods or services from LTS-flyfishing are governed by the provisions of these terms and conditions of purchase. Customers under the age of 18 can only shop in-store, due to age restrictions for the payment systems used by LTS-flyfishing. Alternatively, customers under the age of 18 can have an adult (e.g. a guardian) make the purchase.
The purchase terms and conditions do not imply any limitation on the customer's inalienable rights pursuant to, for example, the Consumer Purchase Act, the Marketing Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, the Personal Data Act and the E-Commerce Act.
Booking and appointment
The terms of purchase, together with the customer's order (confirmed by order confirmation), information provided in the order solution and any separately agreed terms, constitute the overall contractual basis for the purchase. In the event of any conflict between the information, what has been specifically agreed between the parties takes precedence, unless it conflicts with mandatory legislation. The agreement will also be supplemented by relevant legal provisions that regulate the purchase of goods between traders and consumers.
Your order is binding when the order is registered on the LTS-flyfishing server. LTS-flyfishing is also bound by your order if it does not deviate from what is offered on LTS-flyfishing.no. You still have the right to cancel the purchase in accordance with the law on the right of withdrawal, see further information below.
Upon receipt of your order, LTS-flyfishing will confirm the order by automatically issuing an order confirmation. Please read the order confirmation carefully when you receive it and check that it is in accordance with your order.
Deviations between the customer's order and the order confirmation are considered a new offer from LTS-flyfishing, which you can accept or decline. You still have the right to enforce your original order as long as it is in accordance with what is offered on LTS-flyfishing.no. Exceptions may occur, for example in the case of obvious pricing errors - see the section below on Prices.
The agreement is not binding, however, if there has been a typing or typing error in the offer from LTS-flyfishing in the ordering solution in the online store or in the buyer's order, and the other party realized or should have realized that such an error existed. In the event of such typing or printing errors of a significant magnitude in advertisements, online store, etc., LTS-flyfishing may unilaterally change, delete or reject the order.

Warranty
A guarantee provided by LTS-flyfishing or the manufacturer gives the buyer rights in addition to those the buyer already has under mandatory legislation, for example with regard to the durability of a product. A guarantee therefore does not imply any limitations on the buyer's right to complain and claim for delay or defects under points 9 and 10.
Rights
The website LTS-flyfishing.no and all content available there belongs to LTS-flyfishing or our partners. The information is protected, among other things, by laws on intellectual property rights and marketing. Trademarks, company names, product names, images, graphics, design, layout and information about products, or other content, may not be reused without LTS-flyfishing's prior written consent.
Disputes and choice of law
Complaints must be addressed to LTS-flyfishing within a reasonable time, cf. points 9 and 10.
Disputes arising from or in connection with the purchase shall be resolved amicably by the parties. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the buyer may bring the matter before the Norwegian Consumer Council for mediation. Otherwise, disputes fall under the ordinary Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court as the venue.
Complaints
If there is a defect in the goods, the buyer must, within a reasonable time after it was discovered or should have been discovered, notify the seller that he or she will claim the defect. The buyer has always made a complaint in time if this occurs within 2 months from the time the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. Complaints can be made no later than two years after the buyer took over the goods. If the goods or parts of them are intended to last significantly longer than two years, the complaint period is five years.
If the item has a defect and this is not due to the buyer or circumstances on the buyer's side, the buyer may, in accordance with the rules in the Consumer Purchase Act, Chapter 6, depending on the circumstances, withhold the purchase price , choose between correction and replacement , demand a price reduction , demand the agreement be terminated and/or demand compensation from the seller.
Complaints to the seller should be made in writing.
Correction or resubmission
The buyer can choose between demanding the defect be rectified or delivery of equivalent goods. The seller may, however, oppose the buyer's claim if the implementation of the claim is impossible or causes the seller unreasonable costs. Rectification or replacement shall be carried out within a reasonable time. The seller is not entitled to make more than two attempts to remedy the same defect.
Price reduction
The buyer may demand an appropriate price reduction if the goods are not repaired or replaced. This means that the ratio between the reduced and the agreed price corresponds to the ratio between the value of the goods in their defective and contractual condition. If special reasons justify it, the price reduction may instead be set equal to the significance of the defect for the buyer.
Raising
If the goods are not corrected or replaced, the buyer may also cancel the purchase when the defect is not insignificant.
