Unfortunately, it has been found that some of our Complete classic reels have had a manufacturing defect. We would like to send as many as possible back to the factory for service to fix this problem.

Register your reel here and we will send you a return label so you can send the reel back to us so we can send it for upgrade.

Since it is not possible for us to know exactly which reels have the problem, we would still like to have your reel in to be absolutely sure, even if it is working properly.
If you have multiple reels, you must register multiple times.
