The goal has been to develop a rod series with as little weight as possible, but which at the same time should have great power resources. The idea of being able to cast very far with little power has been central and a common thread throughout the entire work of developing the new series, Complete Graphene.

Complete Graphene is a bit like our Nitro series, but the rods are a bit deeper and have a somewhat tighter tip. By using the brand new material graphene, it has become possible to develop rods with a tight and strong tip, without having to add extra mass and weight to the tip section.

Deep and flat action, short stroke, tight top section and ultra-light weight are keywords that can well describe the properties of the Complete Graphene.

VERY SPECIAL FEATURES

These properties have been made possible by the use of 46 ton carbon + IM8 carbon with Graphene-resin. The surface of the rods is made with a super thin varnish layer, stripper guide, REC Cerecoil double foot and snake guides, REC Ultra Light and together with a customized and very light reel seat, this helps to make Complete Graphene a very special rod series, with very special properties.

The feeling that you are almost not holding on to “anything”, that you can cast feather-lightly and far, even with small and short movements, but at the same time have a rod that never gives up and where you can really put all the power you want, for those really long casts in all conditions, are experiences the new rod series will give you.

as Hand in glove
The rods have been developed and tested using many different lines. An important point has been that each rod should fit exactly to the specified line class on the rod and that when using Syrstad Complete SCS and SCSS line series, it should be experienced as a “wow”, oh my god how well this fits together.

}

This is also the reason why the name of the new series was Complete, whose rod series has been tried to be as complete as possible, but should also fit like a glove to the Syrstad Complete lines.
I feel like we've accomplished it and hope you will experience the same.
Good luck everyone!
Yours sincerely
Trond Syrstad

The LTS Complete Graphene two-handed series consists of:

Complete Graphene 12#7/8 4pcs

This is the rod that is perfect for small and medium-sized rivers. The rod is super light and gives a delicate feeling of summer and pleasure when the line shoots out into the river, even with tiny movements and without the use of force. While the rod gives the experience of minimal weight and being easy to cast, the rod also has considerable back and the ability to cast really far when needed, despite being only 12 feet. This also gives the rod good lifting properties and it is therefore excellent for sinker fishing and tight situations when the river is in flood.

Complete Graphene 13#8/9 4pcs and 6pcs

When the size of the river is not very large and/or for summer fishing, this is a very good choice.
The rod is very light and with its deep action, but springy and short stroke, it makes spey casting a dream. By having a tight and strong tip, the rod also has very good lifting properties, which comes into its own when using large flies and sinkers.

The 13 footer #8/9 is available in both 4 and 6-piece versions and can therefore be a great alternative for those who often take their rod with them on flights. The rod prefers a lump weight of 33-36 gr depending on the length of the lump.

Recommended line suggestion:
LTS SCSS fhi and hi2# 8/9 + 8 foot tapered SCSS tip.

Complete Graphene 14#9/10 4pcs and 14#9/10 6pcs

If you are fishing in a normal and/or large river and at the same time want to choose a size that suits and handles all conditions, then 14#9/10 is the right choice.
Super light summer rod that is excellent for using more floating lines and smaller flies, while also being very suitable for the heaviest fishing with sinkers and large flies. The 14 footer casts everything from lumps from 38-43 grams, depending on the length of the lump.
LTS Complete Graphene Distance 14 #9/10

14 Complete Graphene Distance is this year's new product and will be the "big brother" of 14 Complete Graphene #9/10

Where the 14 Complete Graphene #9/10 is designed to cast as easily and far as possible, with the least amount of force, the Distance version is made significantly "tighter" in the action. The line class and casting weight of the 14 Distance is still #9/10, but the action and power in the blade have been adjusted up. This makes the Distance version perfect for sinker fishing, where you may not need a 15 and/or 16 foot rod, but still want to make fishing with heavier lines and big flies as easy and effective as possible.

The Distance version will also be perfect for those who really want to push a little extra and cast maximum length, to be able to reach all the way across the river, if necessary.

Recommended line suggestion:
LTS SCSS hi2 and s123 #9/10 + SCS 10 foot tip

This is the natural choice for early spring fishing with sinkers and large flies, but also for those who want to make fishing in the big rivers as easy as possible, with long casts throughout the season.

The springy top and short stroke make it very easy to set tight line bends, while the bottom section adds great power. This helps make the rod very long-casting in all conditions.
15#10/11 is available in both 4 and 6-piece versions and likes a casting weight of 44-48 gr, depending on the length of the lump.
Recommended line suggestion:
LTS SCS intermediate and intermediate/s2 #10/11 or SCSS S123 #10/11 + SCS 10 foot tips.

Complete Graphene 16#10/11/12
If you are wading deep and or need to cast as far as absolutely possible, while also perhaps wanting to make your sinker fishing as efficient and easy as possible, then 16#10/11/12 may be the best fit for you and your fishing.
The 16 footer is made as light as possible and when you cast with it, it almost feels like a completely normal 14 and 15 footer!
The rod is extremely light, but at the same time has the ability to develop power and casting distances you previously didn't think were possible.
The 16 footer can handle a wide range of casting weights, but prefers lump weights from 46-50 gr.
Recommended line suggestion:
LTS SCS intermediate/s2 and SCSS s 123 and s 246 + 10 foot SCS tips (both #10/11 and #11/12 fit nicely on this rod, depending on what feel you want to achieve)

LTS Complete Competition 15ft - Vidar Ness edition This rod has a deep fast action and a fast recovery. Due to the Graphene technology the weight is especially low. It feels light in the hand and it's easy to bend, but still it's very powerful! This will give you high line speed and long distance cast. An example of a suitable line is a Gaelforce Equalizer head, length and weight about 21-23 mtr. and +/- 68-72 grams. This is a perfect choice if you are looking for a new, powerful and light competition rod.
