This is our way of approaching skagit with the characteristics a skagit should have and some characteristics we are used to in Scandinavian fly casting.
This means that this is a line that will easily deliver long casts with heavy flies and sinking tips. We have slowed down the rollover by inserting a tapered intermediate section in the tip, which eliminates the brutal “blow” that characterizes many of the Skagit lines on the market.
This is a line that can be cast with the traditional Skagit style but can also be easily pulled up and cast using the regular Scandinavian underhand cast/spey style.
