Syrstad Complete Salmon SCS

The LTS SCS is designed with the aim of ensuring that a lump for salmon fishing should both fish efficiently and, not least, feel comfortable and cast far.

This is made possible by making the diameter of the lump itself small, while maintaining the line's own weight. This is especially important for float and intermediate lines, to minimize air resistance.

The coating on the lines is soft in combination with the inner core which has a corresponding stretch. This means that the lines are very stable and completely free of vibrations and sag, even when great speed and force are applied to the cast.

The different tapered tips have approximately the same weight, regardless of the degree of sinking and the delicate taper enables a silky smooth presentation, even with the use of short and not necessarily tapered forebodings (0.5-1.5m of regular nylon is sufficient).

While the tips help to enable many different line combinations (float/s8, int/s2,s6 for example), the tapered tips help to make the SCS very long-casting. The lump constantly moves energy forward towards the tapered tips, which at the same time slows down the over-roll, so that the caster gets the feeling that the lump never lands, but simply disappears and that the fly lands with a forward stretch, even on very short casts.

Based on these properties, I have chosen to call the line Syrstad Complete Salmon.
